Agribusiness in Schools are educationists passionate about young people and the agribusiness sector. They have developed an agribusiness programme for senior secondary school students, with input from organisations within the primary sector. Since 2019, they have been guiding and supporting other secondary schools throughout New Zealand to teach Agribusiness to their students.

They have gained funding to provide greater national support and guidance for the subject of Agribusiness and will deliver this through building teacher professional practice in senior subject curriculum and assessment and providing flexible courses and learner pathways to meet student needs. This is an opportunity to further develop and improve learning and to promote the sharing of practices amongst agribusiness teachers.
