Ulingaholo-Moving Forward Pasifika Association is working to support Pasifika faiaoga and tamai’iti to grow and develop leadership abilities, to further their educational opportunities.

In order to establish this Ulingaholo members are developing their community organisations' capacity by linking up locally and asking the question, What are your specific needs? Then working alongside communities and schools to trial and package interventions or guidelines to support this across regions.

Future aspirations are to develop an online community of resource sharing and development for all educators.
